2. Services Offered2.1. The Platform provides access to digital educational content, in particular online courses consisting of video lectures and related materials.

2.3. ICEUR-Vienna reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue individual courses or parts thereof, provided this does not unreasonably disadvantage users who have already purchased access.
3. Conclusion of Contract3.1. By clicking the “Purchase” or “Enroll” button during the checkout process, you submit a legally binding offer to conclude a contract for the selected digital content.
3.2. A contract is concluded when ICEUR-Vienna confirms the purchase by email or grants access to the purchased digital content, whichever occurs first.
4. Prices and Payment Terms4.1. All prices displayed on the Platform are final prices and include applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated.
4.2. Payment may be made using the payment methods offered on the Platform (e.g. credit card, PayPal, or other available payment services).
4.3. Access to the purchased course content is granted only after successful completion of the payment process.

10.2. Users may terminate their user account at any time by contacting customer support. Termination does not affect existing payment obligations for already purchased content.
10.3. ICEUR-Vienna may temporarily restrict access to the Platform for technical, security-related, or organisational reasons, provided that such restrictions are reasonable for users.

ICEUR-Vienna has no influence over the content of such websites and assumes no liability for external content.
